What is a network?
A network is a group of users of a specific culture and a particular geographical area, whereas from the artist point of view is a group of users which represent a possible audience.
Every network has its own
contest
section which is independent from the others.
For Artists
Choosing networks to publish artworks in is a way to promote your art, as it happens in the real world when an artist decides to publish his artworks in a market or in another.
Every artists decide freely where to publish each artwork, there are no restrictions and if he wants he can upload an artwork as
international.
Audience, through its behaviour, decides if the artist choice is to award or not. For example, decide to publish in a foreign network an artwork strictly linked to local culture, could be a wrong choice because users might ignore it or point it out as "out of context" effecting negatively its popuarity and the artist one too.
For the Audience
All not registered users are automatically associated to the "area they connect from" related network and can see only that network related artworks. To see and vote all artworks from all networks just subscribe.
